96 INTEGRA ANTENNA PROBLEM

96 INTEGRA
Antenna doesn't work - recently bought the used car and would like to fix. RADIO WORKS but the antenna is stuck - it does not automatic move up and down, but you can still move it manually.
Would lube work? Could it be an electric problem? Can it be fixed?
Please HELP! THANKS!

Can you hear a motor trying? I guess check for fuse for it and connections. If it works and you can do it by hand do you really want to spend money on this?
