96 Dodge Ram Halo Headlight Problem

I just bought a used halo headlight kit for my 96 Dodge Ram. When I installed the kit, the headlights pointed at the ground, so I adjusted them. But now they stick out from the sides and look like they don't belong on the truck. What can I do??
Also, the wiring was straight from the factory, all I had to do was plug it in. But now my high beam light in the cab stays on all the time. What's the problem there??

I would love to see a solution to this problem because i am having the same identical problem on my 99 grand am! From all the research i've done, apparently nobody has a solution. Good luck, let me know the answer if u find it haha.
