96 Chevy Door Doesn't Open	Sign In

The drivers side door on my 1996 Chevy suburban doesn't open from the inside. I can roll down the power window and open it. I am sure there is an easy fix for this but I have had trouble figuring out how to take off the door panel without damaging it. The pictures in most of the guides I have seen are with manual windows. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I had the same problem. You will need an upholstry tool to help avoid breaking the plastic clips that hold the door panel on. You may also need the door handle, this can be purchased at Auto Zone or Advance along with the upholstry tool. I hope this will be of some assistance to you!
