95 jetta starts fine then dies

My 95 Jetta starts fine but idled and died over time it got worse. Now it starts up fine but after 10-20 seconds it dies and is not getting gas. Then it is very difficult to get it going for another 15 seconds. Once it" rests" some time I can start it back up for 15 seconds. 2.0L

You need to verify lack of fuel or spark when this happens. Attack on the one missing. Bet fuel pressure is not up to par for now..............
