A ''friend'' of mine drove my eagle talon with no fluids or anything and seized the motor. I don't know if i need to replace the whole motor or if I can just get some replacement parts, or where to start searching for these things.

No, tell your "friend" that the motor is wasted and get a new one. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

Alright thanks, I heard a 91-92 talon motor would work as well. I'm not very knowledgeable on these things. Where would you recommend looking for a motor, ive checked ebay and craigslist, but again not very pro at that either. I would be eternally greatfull if someone could help me out.

You can't go that old with the motor. Your car is OBD2 and an OBD1 won't work. A motor isn't the kind of thing you want to buy online either unless it's remanufactured and crated. You need to know the history and mileage of the engine and even hear it run. You should also get a warranty if you buy it from a local junkyard. Either way you are just rolling the dice when you buy a used engine. You can get burned badly here.
