95 cavalier cooling fan

Help!!
My daughters 95 cavalier has a fan problem. It doesn't work!. I've changed the sensor and the module in the fuse box. I've put 12 volts direct to the fan, and the fan works.
If I disconnect the wire to the sensor, the fan works. If I turn on the AC, it does NOT work. I let it run for an hour in the driveway, and it does not work.
Anyone have any ideas of what to try next??

A real quick description. The PCM controls the cooling fan when certain conditions are met. i.e high coolant tem or high a/c high side pressure.
The PCM grounds leg 86 of the cooling fan relay to turn the fans on. This relay has 2 fused power sources a 30a load fuse for the fan in the block under the hood and a 10a hvac for the control side of the relay (leg 85).
Get a test light & with the key on probe terminals 30 & 85 where the relay goes, you should have power on both terminals. If not those need to be traced down. 30 uses a 30a fuse under the hood & 85 uses a 10a fuse under the dash.
This needs to be confirmed before moving on

I'll let you know when my daughter comes back from college. We live in Indiana, so the likelyhood the lack of a fan is a problem at this time is pretty low.
Thanks for the help. I know I checked the 30 amp fuse, but don't believe I checked the 10 amp fuse.

You are correct about the low need for the fan this time of year (especially in that area)..... The only trouble spots could be idling for long periods of time, stuck in traffic, drive thru, tell her to keep a close eye on the temp if she isn't moving..........
Loren...you know that no one is ever "butting in", leave you posts as is, any info is good info even if it's the same, but I wouldn't know cuz I CAN'T SEE IT......lmao
