1995 Ford F150 1/2 ton 4.9 L 100,050 miles HELP!!! When driving down the road, engine will just die for about 5 seconds, start back up, and run great. Electric systems stay on, cruise control stays engaged, and check engine light will come on only for the duration of the stall. It will only do this once during a drive and will not do this every time, but will do so a majority of the time. Sometimes, the engine runs rough before the stall, but smooths out nicely after the stall. It has been doing this for about a month. Thanks for any help.
