95 Camry Le -Radiator Fluid Loss Sign In

95 Toyota Camry Le 4 C 100450 miles- Losing radiator fluid from overflow bottle. Had the head gasket pressure tested and was fine. No leak in radiator or anywhere else visible. What other problems could cause this loss and should be checked? Thanks for any help you can give me.

Sometimes a head gasket will hold usual operating pressures of a cooling system and or only leak gasses into coolant and not allow liquid or air backwards.

You may be overheating in a remote spot of the engine causing boiling to occur. This can also be checked for evidence of exhaust/combustion gasses in cooling system for gasket problem verification/diagnosis.

Make sure it's really pushing coolant out the TOP of the coolant and not a crack or hole or hose problem (to and at tank) allowing it to come out simply as coolant normally expands with heat,

yes definitely check your over flow bottle for cracks , make sure your coolant is about a 50/50 mix ,you dont want pure antifreeze /coolant with no water and most importantly make sure you electric cooling fan is operating properly it should turn on when temp is about 105C and turn back off around 95C and repeat, should also turn on when A/C or Defrost is turned on. more food for thought hope it helps
