I have a 95 S-10 blazer that the 4wd will not engage. It doesn't have the manual shifter, but rather the push button. When I push the button for 4-hi or 4-low, I can hear it click 1 time under the dash, but that is all it does. The front tires will not pull. The lights on the buttons don't flash, they stay solid. I have done some reading through forums and it sounds like I might need to check the actuator & the vacuum lines. Not sure how to check the actuator, but I am hoping I can figure it out. First of all, I am wondering if anyone might have a suggestion as to what to check first, and second of all, does anyone have a diagram that shows where these parts are? I am not a mechanic...but I am sure you already knew that. It is really a bummer trying to get around in snow without 4wd...It just isn't right
