ive tried to replace the instrument lights on my dads blazer and i got the bulbs in but when i turn the key on theres no speedometer,fuel gauge, oil pressure sensor nothing im making contact again when im hooking the panel back up what else could be wrong

Recheck all the connections and possibly fuses?
