94 LT1 power problem

I recently bought a 94 camaro LT1 around 100,000 miles on it. I took everything out back to the timing chain to try and give it a little more pep. I replaced the optispark, air pump, spark plugs and wires, and a new belt. I got everything back together and the car still has no power. I ran a obd1 diagnostic and everything was fine. I re-checked to see if my firing order was right and it was. As far as I could tell from looking it over everything seemed fine to me. Anyone have any suggestions?
