Removed (had to drill off the heads) the centering bolts, removed the calipers, but the rotors won't budge. Is there another fastener to remove? Or is a wheel puller the next step. Will a heavt hammer work?

Frequently (have to refer to general knowledge) these cars used a Phillips head fastener that was tough to remove and the drum or rotor would be so close that any rust made them tight. I'll speak for myself but I use a heavy rubber hammer and some rust busting solvent on the hub. Once you get it to rock keep going and it should come off -- then clean the surfaces for what no doubt should be a new rotor, T
