I was told the ignition module but dont know where it is. I generally know that they are in the distributor but someone told me that it could be by the battery or the left side wheel well. i have no idea what it looks like so if someone could give me a little advise on that or what could be wrong with the car I would be very appreciative. thank you for reading and sorry about the typing errors if any. nickwarner Veteran / Moderator Jul 2, 2012, 8:53 PM Post #2 of 5 (1681 views) Re: 93 mazda Sign In You will want to verify the module has power and ground to know if its any good. I'd also check for injector pulse. If you have it, you know its only an ignition issue and the modules in those did tend to go out. If you have no injector pulse, you are looking at a different problem altogether because the ECM isn't getting its required info to make it send commands to the ignition or the injectors. Pretty common issue.
