By the way,is there an easy step by step way of tuning up my 93 escort wagon?It's running pretty shaky.Thanks in advance for any help!

Wish you hadn't tagged that on a well over 3 year old A/C thread on something else. I renamed it and separated just this post to a new thread.
Is there an easy tune up for a 93 Escort? Kinda.
You said it isn't running well (shaky) so if you can describe that some more it would help. Tune up as a periodic maintenance is usually replacing plugs and filters and inspect and replace a list of items and adjustments as possible if possible.
Your owner's manual should describe it's suggestions based on miles and time.
Depending on how long it's been you should replace spark plugs, fuel filter and as needed replace the list of other items such as plug wires, cap, rotor, timing belt if applicable and so on.
Let's start with a history and what it's doing now.
Miles now and last "tune up" if known. Are you expecting to DIY as much as possible?
