92 explorer throttle sticking

92 explorer throttle sticking Sign In
92 explorer throttle sticking. the car starts and idles fine but after warm up and highway use the throttle sticks around 3000 rpm. i've cleaned the throttle body, checked the throttle cable, cleaned the iacv, still doing it. could the throttle position sensor be the problem? any help would be appreciated.
