one of my dads buddies has a 1991 ford explorer with a 4.0 motor, 4" lift on 33s. its got a 5 speed manual and it will turn over just wont catch.
does anybody know if i should buy the vechicle...he has it for sale for 700 but i didnt wanna buy it then have to spend a lot of money to fix it up. any help would be GREAT!!!

$700 is a good price. Those probably weren't the best designed "mudders". If he's been taking this off road a lot I would think long & hard about it..... All in all it's still 18 years old... Anyway you look at it you're going to be putting $$$$$$$ into it.....
