The 2 prong looks like it would produce a better hotter spark. But does it really ? Is it really better than the L-shaped one ? And is the 4-prong better than 2. In my experience the spark plug can only have one spark at a time. Therefore with one ground electrode or 4 electrodes, only one spark can pass at a time. The adds show a spark going to all the ground electrodes at the same time. Possible, but highly unlikely. I have not heard of any sognificant increase in anythif=ng associated with the extra electrode. I would invest in what ever the manufacturer recommends. Gimmicks are usually just that. Good luck. Like the show "Mythbusters" ""BUSTED!"" The spark is going to pick the path of least resistance which might not be the same electrode with each firing. In car racing there is a thing called "indexing" the plugs so they get an optimal shot at the compressed mixture of fuel and air. Even that is not well documented to help that I know of.
