2006 Zephyr manifold removal

2006 Lincoln Zephyr
3.0 L V6
about 130k miles
I'm having a friend replace my Ignition Coils and we are having an issue removing the manifold in order to get to the back 3 coils. He has removed all of the bolts but the manifold is still not coming off, what might still be holding it in place?

There should be braces on the back edge that have to be disconnected.
