2005 cav fuel problem

alright put a new fiter on still no pump noise like this morning i dont need to pressurize the fuel sytem after changing the fuel fitler? so change the relay?

you should take it to your local dealer to have fix but you can get a friend to help you to do this let your friend try starting the car while you take a rubber mallet to hit the gas take to jar the pump if it trys to start or if it does start pull your tank and put a pump in it
