2005 Chrysler Town & Country loses power while accelerating

3.3 V6
148K miles
If I am accelerating, about every 4th second or so, the car just doesn't accelerate. Pretty regular, so wouldn't say it's random.
3.3L V6, very few mechanical probs for having 148K miles. Have replaced the water pump, serp belt, alternator, steering gear, and serviced the transmission and tune up at about 100K miles (none recently) but that's all that I've had to do. Bought it new with lifetime oil changes so I've been religious about getting the oil changed when it's needed.
no codes, no RPM jump or temp increase, have never had the check engine light come on.
Thoughts?

What do you mean it doesn't accelerate? The engine bogging out, stuttering, or has any other symptoms when there is a loss of acceleration?

Sorry, maybe I phrased it wrong. If I press on the accelerator, It goes fast for, maybe 3-4 seconds, then even though the accelerator is still pressed, for about a second, it just "coasts". Doesn't sputter, just feels like I took my foot off the gas when I didn't.

You'll probably need to get it to a shop that can diagnose it for you. They can look for stored manufacture trouble codes and look at datastream information while the problem is occurring to figure out a strategy to diagnose and repair your issue.
If the problem only happens for 1 sec, they may have to connect a lab scope up to differents parts of the electrical and computer systems to see exactly what is going on to cause something like that.

Thank you. All shops around here are booked til later next week. My mechanic thinks when the weather cools off it'll go away. High 90's here lately. I hope so.

? Understand if places are busy, long weekend and all. High 90s shouldn't be hot for your engine unless you are running hot - whole different issue then.
Expect it be there when it cools down too,
