2004 Toyota loses power

Toyota Highlander 2004 4 cylinder engine 72000 miles
When I turn (sometimes) it loses power.
Also at the light my wife said she thought it was going to stall.
Any thoughts?

Something to look for - guess: Many vehicles sense pressure increase in high pressure hose with a sensor to raise idle to compensate load of full use of power steering. Follow that hose and see if it's at least plugged in. It might not be done just that way but worth the glance to see for now,
