2004 Nissan Altima Loses all Power After a Stop. Sign In

So I have a 2004 Nissan Altima 2.5 with 97k miles. I have been having this issue for a while. the car drives fine but when I come to a stop and have to accelerate the car stays on but, it just doesn't give any power, I am able to push the pedal all the way to the floor and it just slowly rolls. however, I notice this usually happens when I have the AC on, and as soon as I shut it off it gets its power back most of the time. The brake and battery light will occasionally come on and off out of nowhere but then just shut off. I have replaced the battery cables, starter, and throttle body. when I took it to get scanned it didn't show any codes.
I appreciate any help I can get.

That is surprising that no codes would be set. This could be any number of things.

The first thing to make sure is that you are not laying your foot on the brake pedal, even lightly. Also make sure the brake lights are shutting off immediately when you take you foot off the brake as the brake lights being on will override the electronic throttle.

Is this an automatic or manaul trans?
Is it possible the trans/clutch is slipping or do the rpms stay low?

If there are no codes then it is probably something mechanical causing the problem and in a way as to not set any secondary codes.

If its not a trans related problem, then you are going to need a mid to higher end scan tool so you can look at some data while the problem is happening.
