2004 Ford Expedition

Help. I have a consistent clunking sound coming from the rear passenger tire well. This sounds occurs at all times, moving or stationary, it sounds like a pump.
Can anyone take a guess at what I should be looking for?

Guess of course: Is there a pump for rear window washer back there? Fuel pump noise? Those can buzz and be loud about it but I never would call it a "clunk" ??
