2004 Chevy running rough

2004 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS V6 3.8L 127,000 miles
About two weeks ago the car started running rough. Scan tool gives one code p0300 for random misfires. Sprayed with cleaner to find vacuum leaks. Replaced upper intake manifold gasket and broken hose. Also, checked maf and map sensors. Map sensor replaced. Now the car hesitates to start but consistently.Once started the car still runs rough on idle. Bought a vacuum gauge that reads "NORMAL MOTOR" while in park, but when it's shifted into drive the gauge reads "LATEING. TIMING". I've been researching as much as I can in my free time, but I'm not making sense of any of it. Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You need to figure out which cylinders are missing. You can do that by unplugging each injector one at a time with the engine running. The one or ones that don't make a change are the ones that are missing. Let us know what you find.
