Can you hear the washer pump running when you push the washer button?
If not; check the 15 amp fuse that is in the left side instrument cluster fuse panel.
If fuse is ok; unplug the rear washer pump wiring connector at the pump and test if there is power & ground getting to the washer pump when the button is pushed.
If there is power & ground; then the pump will need replacing; after you’ve checked that the harness was making a good connection.
This should be enough to get you started. Let us know what you find with these tests and we’ll go further if need be.

I don't here the pump run at all. The front washer works fine. The fuse you are refering to, is it found under the hood in the main fuse box? Also, excatly where is the pump for the rear window? Thanks

I’m not a 100% sure on the pump’s location but if you only had to fill the one washer container for both front & rear washer systems then the pump will be in the bottom of that container or in the bottom of the one you have to fill for the rear.
When you find the pump(s) the one that has the dark green/white wire and black wire in its connector, will be the pump for the rear system.

The fuse panel I’m talking about is under the left (drivers) side of the dash. The fuse you’re looking for will be a 15 amp marked WPR. it may also have RR marked in front of the WPR.

If by chance the rear wiper pulses when you push the washer button; tells us that the fuse almost has to be ok.

When you push the washer button, you are connecting power from the fuse to the washer pump and to the rear wiper control module. The control module senses this power input and turns on the rear wiper automatically too wipe the window while it’s being sprayed and then turn off, after the window has been wiped dry.
