2003 Isuzu Rodeo - long cranking when hot Sign In

2003 Isuzu Rodeo 6 cylinder 2WD, 93k miles
Bought used with 63k miles, no real issues except a main fuse 2 years ago.
recently had it in to NTB to rotate tires, etc. and had the fuel injection system cleaned (they send a cleaner/solvent (??) through a vacuum hose on the engine).

since then it has a strange issue:
Turns over fine when cold.
Turns over fine when engine is hot - UNLESS it sits for a short time (run into store for example), then cranking is noticeably longer than normal. normal crank is 5-8 seconds, when problem occurs it is easily twice or three times that long.

Has not stranded my daughter yet, but i'm concerned about long term.

had a 430 code pop up a week after the cleaning but seemed unrelated. it has not returned for one week (daily driving)

no idea where to start looking. any help would be appreciated.

Need to find out what is missing or lacking when it doesn't want to start. 5-8 secs is even a long time.

Read this:

It is unlikely lack of compression would be an issue, since it does eventually start up.

What hose did someone suck up injector cleaner with if you know? 1. That wouldn't go thru injectors and 2 it could have ruined that hose like swell it up or won't stay on now. I'd look for that,

That would be an intake and combustion chamber cleaning, nothing to do with injectors.

EggZachery. If someone did do that with a vehicle's hose it may be trashed as said and getting mis-info that engine is already warm or can't tolerate the leaner mix of a full vacuum leak as well.

That would almost certainly be throwing codes if so,
