A couple weeks ago it flooded around here. We drove through some water a foot or so deep not that bad but since then every time I hit the gas the fan blows harder. You can hear the can blowing louder than the engine. I checked blades and they are fine.. It has a clutch fan not a electric fan. Does this mean I need a new one or can it be cleaned or something.

Sounds like the fan clutch is locked up making it a direct drive fan. The only cure is replacement.
Being way2old is why I need help from younger minds
