anyone know where the correct placement of a 2 ton jack is on a 2002 hyundai sonata when trying to lift the front end

Look where the manual says to place the jack for changing a tire - those are strong spots for jacking. I won't suggest without looking but you can jack up the whole front at once if you have a strong cross support low under the front. I'm not going to even try to say exactly where without seeing the car myself as if you pick the wrong spot it can damage things. Always use jack stands especially if you are going to get under the car!!
