2002 dodge startus

I have a "02 Stratus and when I try to crank the car sometimes it just clicks. Sometimes it only does it once sometimes 10 times. Anyone know what might cause this?
P.S. New battery, plugs, just had tune up.

If that is to say it does this and finally starts it's probably a problem with battery cable connections - cleaning up them at both ends should fix this problem if so,
