2002 chryler t&c 3.8 injector on only three

i have a 02 chrysler t&c with a 3.8. wanted to see if any one ran into this problem before.
it has injector pulse on only three cyl. and spark on only three. nothing out of the pcm on the other three.
tried a good known pcm but still the same problem, not sure if it has to get reprogramed. to wipe out the problem.

Which 3 cylinders?

Do you have power supply to those injectors?

CYLINDERS 2, 3, 4 . POWER IS THERE, NOT GROUNDING OUT FROM PCM. IM PRETTY SURE ITS THE PCM CAUSE IF IT WAS CAM OR CRANK IT WOULD BE ALL INJECTORS. THE SUB HARNESS IS GOOD. JUST NOTHING OUT OF THE PCM. BUT DID TRY A GOOD USED ONE AND SAME PROBLEM THATS WHATS GETTING ME. WASNT SURE IF IT HAD TO BE REPROGRAMED

That's really odd because there is nothing in common to those 3 cylinder beside the connector to the PCM or the PCM itself. I seriously doubt it is a programming issue. It could be burned out quad drivers in the PCM but I would more suspect and issue with the wiring harness.

PCM setting any trouble codes?

I'd would be curious to see what the cam and crank sensor waveforms look like.

I don't understand how you can have spark out of 1,5,6 and not 2,3,4. Its a waste spark system, so you should be seeing spark on 2,3,4 during exhaust stroke when the PCM fires the coils for 1,5,6 for their compression stroke. That right there tells you the coil drivers are good and the PCM is capable of controlling them. Has to be an PCM input problem.

NO TROUBLE CODES AT ALL. BUT WHEN COMMANDING THEM ON WITH THE SCANNER IT SENDS THE SIGNAL. DONT HAVE MY HANDS ON A LAB SCOPE RITE NOW BUT CRANK AND CAM SENSORS WERE REPLACED BY ANOTHER SHOP THEY GAVE UP ON IT.

Does the ATM test also fire those injectors?

YES JUST NOT WHEN CRANKING OVER WITH THE KEY. AT THE FIRST CRANK THE NOID LIGHT COMES ON ONCE, THEN IT WONT COME BACK UNTIL YOU TURN SWITCH OFF THEN CRANK OVER AGAIN.

I'd really be checking the cam and crank sensor waveforms next. You have control with your scan tool on the injectors and coils. It has to be some weird input problem.

I'LL GET MY HANDS ON A SCOPE TOMMOROW AND CHECK THE WAVESFORMS. JUST SEARCHING TO SEE IF ANY ONE RAN INTO THIS PROBLEM BEFORE BECAUSE I NEVER HAD. THANKS FOR EVERYONES INPUT ILL CHECK THE WAVES AND REPLY. THANKS AGAIN

Finally got the ok from customer to rip off timing cover. someone replaced engine with an 06 3.8. and this is a 02. wrong timng gear. sending wrong signals. put new gears on all good now. thanks again for any advice. except the one about the caps lock. (no caps, happy now lol)
