I would say since the #1 cyclinder is on the drivers side of the truck that bank 1 would be the same side. Sensor #2 would be the second one back from the engine on that side. I've only located 3 of the 4. You should have a sensor on each side before the catalaitc converter. This will account for 2 sensors.
