How do you remove and replace the headlight bulb in this car? It appears to be removable from the rear, but Im not having any luck.

Once you get the cover off, there is a piece of spring wire that holds the bulb in. There should be 2 strands that unhooks on one side & then it swings open, replace the bulb & then reattach the spring. becareful not the touch the glass of the bulb. Some parts place will install them for you.
