2001 Honda Civic making noise when going around soft right hand curve

I have a 2001 Honda Civic Sedan and whenever I merge onto the highway (curves around to the right), it sounds like metal rubbing against metal from the right side of my car.
This noise just began to happen, any suggestions of what might be the problem?

Check the brakes of course. That would be the most common of metal to metal noises but look around while you are there for anything that can rub and make noise,
