one of the lug bolts on the drivers side front wheel is broken and I, need to replace it. can it be done without pulling the front axel/cv joint?

http://www.autozone.com/...eId=0900c152800280d8 Bummer! This has replacable studs but I doubt they can be punched out for new with the spindle/hub assy on the car. I'm not certain and a good look might tell if there's room to knock one out for a new one with it in place. Just checked link above to see what it takes to remove the hub and it's not so DIY friends depending on what you have available. My own suggestion: If just one lug/stud is broken you can replace the one. If more than one is broken serious consideration should be given to replacing the assy, T
