2000 toyota camry nocking noise next to front left tire

I don't know what the deal is i just bought this car from a car dealership and had new tires put on it and i drove it for about a week and then it started making this noise like a clicking/tapping/nocking noise next to the front driver side tire and it makes it more when i speed up and less when i slow down.I already put it in park and slightly pushed the gas and no noise.After that I pulled the eBrake and put it in drive and pushed the gas slightly and no noise.I have already checked to see if it was something like a stick or debree on the tire but i could not find anything.I dont really have the money to take it to a mechanic whose probably gonna try to rip me off anyway to try to get it fixed.So if you have any idea what the cause of this problem may be please email me at totojoe87@yahoo.com
