2000 alero won t start

2000 oldsmobile alero will not start. The car will not turnover and when you turn it on all the gauges go nuts then it they shut off . I believe it has to be one of the modiules any suggestions?

Did you inspect your battery connections to be sure they are clean and tight? Did you have your battery load tested to see if it was good?
