2000 Tiburon wont turn over

Hi, I have a 2000 Hyundai Tiburon. It won't turn over at all. When I try to start it, I only get the "door open" lights and beeping. I don't think the engine has seized. Any ideas?

Try checking the main hot wire to starter for voltage of 12 volts. If voltage is present have an assistant help to take off small wire to starter have the assistant turn the key to a start position and see if you have 12 volts on the small wire when key is on. If voltage is present have starter checked. If no voltage is present check ignition wire to neutral safety switch for voltage (12 volts). Then from neutral safety switch to ignition module for voltage. If no voltage present replace neutral safety switch.
