I'm having problems turning on my car.
When it finally did start up, the car wouldn't stop releasing white smoke.
After this, my car wouldn't turn on anymore.

Sounds like there is coolant entering the combustion chamber. more then likely headgasket issue. the engine is probably hydro locked (cant compress a liquid).
