2000 Ford Ranger V-6 cold starting problems

2000 Ford Ranger V-6 cold starting problems Sign In

When starting in cold temps engine starts but want keep running. Have to keep giving it gas to keep motor running until engine warms up. Does fine in warm weather.

Check for vacuum leaks
Check fuel pressure
Clean throttle body and IAC.
