2000 Durango stalling

my 2000 Durango is stalling at low speed or idle it will start back with a few attempt I know when it will start when I turn key on when ALL dash gauges react but I know when it won't start when all gauges react EXCEPT for the fuel gauge?good pressure at fuel rail bleeder no check or service lights and no codes during test

What is the fuel pressure at the moment this happens?
