2000 Buick LeSabre can't open trunk

No trunk key and the button on the driver's door to open the trunk is inoperative. I suspect a blown fuse but can't find a fuse under the hood for the trunk latch.
I know there is another fuse box -besides the one under the back seat BUT WHERE ?

There are more fuses under the back seat.
You need to check
Body fuse.......15amp
ALDL fuse ......10 amp
