1999 malibu 3.1 L OVERFLOWS SURGE TANK Sign In

question please,I Have a 1999 malibu nice car because i do all my own work. But I Have a Little Problem with The Surge Tank It's Overflowing When i gun The Car. Iv'e Changed Everything i Know Of As Far As Cooling sys. Is Concerned. Raid. Pump,Thermestat, Head gaskets, Manifold Gaskets, Ect. All Re-done After all This i Find Out You Have To Bleed The Sys. Like Brakes Only At The Pressure Screw In The Water Line. To Realease The Pressure. After All This It Seems To Work Well. But Sometimes It Overflows Again. Please Help

Are you using the proper mixture and type of coolant?
Anti freeze is also an anti boil; if by chance you’re using a too weak a mixture (anything less then 50/50 mix of coolant to water is to weak) it maybe boiling as it passes over the cylinder heads? The boiling of the coolant might be causing excessive pressure in the cooling system, forcing it out the coolant bottle?

The engine cooling fans are they functioning properly; not just turning on but able to run at both low & high speeds?
The speeds are controlled via commands from the BCM to the PCM depending on engine temperature or AC request. The PCM in turn, energizes one, two or all three relays; the relays when energized in different configurations, will have the fans wired in series (low speed) or in parallel (high speed); again depending on engine temperature or AC pressures.
