Car accerlerates by itself, 30 - 45 it will also idle at 2K when started but not all the time.

I think this is still a TBI engine. On the side of the TBI unit there is a idle control valve. It screws into the passenger side if I remember correctly. They tend to stick. Can cause the problem you are describing.
