I have been working on this thing for 3 days straight and can't for the life of me figure it out. Went to drive it and it stalled out twice at lights and then stalled and would not start at all. Now what I have done to give you back ground is as follows. Checked battery terminals after checking voltage and voltage drop on cables (Replaced terminals saw a 1 volt drop on negative.) then checked all fuses = good. No engine codes showing. So diagnosed FASTCH SSBB (Fuel to rail good - Air to throttle body = good. Spark on all four wires and cylinders good. Compression read at 1-30,2-25,3-30,4-60 Before replacing spark plugs. Then tested starter and didn't sound healthy so took it out and really bad scars and gauges - so replaced it. Thought maybe a sensor was not reading right so checked Crank position sensor = good (dont know how to test a cam shaft position sensor yet but working on it. Checked and cleaned throttle body = and MAP sensor was tested so far haven't found anything yet that has not tested out yet. Im getting a compression tester tomorrow and will test again as well as Fuel line pressure gauge., Tested fuel pump and it is priming at rail and turning on. Replaced fuel filter and oh checked timing 3 times and replaced belt. New Alternator with in last 6 months from previous owner and oil change and trans mission checked. I checked fuel injectors with noids and all 4 injectors are firing with fuel. Oh and when replacing battery terminals relocated ECU?PCM at negative post to sold more secure spot. Im at a loss if anyone can help or point me in a direction please do so. Also one more thing O2 sensors were cleaned both up and down line and tried to put starting fluid in throttle body and still no start. Well thats my story you guys are my last hope cause this thing has got me stumped. Thanks in advance.

Stop right there...............

This engine can't possibly run with those readings. Check the timing belt.

I did timing belt 3 times and made sure everything was at top dead center as well. also after each time i hand cranked the engin to full rotations and made sure all marks line back up. They did. since last night I checked exaust manafold and found large leak under # 4 cylinder so replacing that as well but now I checked compresion with a little oil in cylinder # 4 and got 120 PSI # 3 90psi so far. Thank you for any help.

We can't even begin to help you if we can't even get accurate test results. Forget the oil for now. Give us accurate compression readings.

Sorry it took me awhile to get back you. Since i posted i decided to take off head and check head gasket. Low and behold it was completely blown. After tacking everything apart I found The thermostat had completely destroyed it self which lead to over heat and warped the head. so had head shaved and vales grinded now just waiting on head saver shim and then will start putting everything back together. everything else looks OK i just didn't dig into it deep enough since i saw none of the regular signs of a head gasket blown. Ether way ill have it back together Tuesday and hope i did everything right. Thank you for your response. Iwill post resullts after all is done. Thanks again.
