1999 Dodge Ram pulls hard left

My son was driving his truck too fast around a gravel turn and went off the road into curb/ditch. Now the car completely pulls in that direction and the tire rubs when turning. Does it just need to be aligned or is there going to be a bigger problem?

No, that's going to be more than alignment. You are going to have bent suspension parts there. The wheel rubbing was your first clue. Best bet is to get it examined by a suspension expert because these things can be very hard to spot sometimes.
