1999 Blazer door sags

I have a 199 Blazer 4wd, 4dr with 200,000 miles. Both front doors have dropped down. When you open them they drop down a half inch or so. I don't see any way of adjusting them.

Common on these to see the hinge pin bushings wear out.
The hinge pins and bushings need to be replaced.
Sometimes,if worn enough,the hinges themselves need replacement.
