1998 chev p/u headlight adjustment

Hi,
I have a 1998 chev p/u 5.7 ltr with 50,000 miles on it. I would like to adjust my headlights upward a little bit but don't know how to. Can someone advise me how this is done ?

That's just a generic picture showing a center top screw and there's an outer screw unseen for adjustment. Top center will adjust height and the outers the angle left or right - hope that helps,
