Hello.. Hope someone can help me with this problem.

My windshield wipers will not turn off using the controls the only way to turn them off is to remove the spark plug from under the dash or turn the car off. Someone told me it could be the pulse board I got a new one put on it today and it had no effect at all... Any idea's?

Thanks!

Can you change the speed of the wipers?

Your going to have to get the the wiper switch and unplug its connector to see if the wipers stop. That will tell you if you have a problem with the switch, the wiring and/or motor itself.
