1998 Plymouth breeze

i have a 98 Plymouth breeze and it just started not running in the rain, or if it's damp out, but if it's dry it runs fine. any ideas what it could be?

Is this to say it won't start when damp or raining with a cold engine but runs for the day if dry to start with?
If something on that order, you might try spraying (water bottle mister) when running and cool still the high voltage ign parts and see if you can see arcing or find a spot that will reproduce the issue right in front of you,
