1998 Honda Passport EX 4x4 V6

I have a 1998 Honda Passport EX V6 4x4 with about 135,000 miles. When I turn my car off, the fuel pump stays on and when I pull out the relay switch underneath the hood it stops. I do this because it drains the battery as well and my battery dies so then I have to have my car jumped off.

That relay might be stuck. If it's the same part # as one for like A/C try that one in there and if it straightens out replace the relay,
